The service staff was excellent , the room was small with faulty water tap... The key slot not working as well. The area of where the hotel is located was near to bukit bintang and petaling street as well

This hotel is really close to Bukit Bintang shopping area, and Imbi train station. The hotel was really clean, there was a tv in the room, and airconditioning, also hot and cold water in the bathroom.

I was a little disappointed that there was no coffee making facilities in the room,

The staff were very helpful, offering directions whenever I asked.

The hot water heater was faulty and I had to bathe cold water for 3 days. The wifi was poor, although there was signal, I couldn't actually connect and use. The breakfast was very dull, everyday the same menu, egg, noodles and prata.

The hotel located near LRT station, easy to walk to Mall, nice location, easy to reach

-Place seemed a bit "ghetto", "budget" doesn't have to be ghetto. -The bedsheets and pillow cases were dirty, when I requested new ones, they were a lot a better but fully clean either.

The man (Indian appearance) is very helpful and very kind.

At our check-in F.O. manager made it a mess. He looked novice (Date:01st.Sept.2012 at 1.00 pm) and took more than 45 minutes to finalize our room allocation (I booked 3 doubles & 1 triple). Rooms were quite compact and not like seen on the website. I booked better rooms expecting our group's comfort but the room I've got which can be compared to a matchbox had a window but the view was only a pipe alley. Horrible! Wash room has a tiny wash basin. No towel rail. No chair in the room (however no space to keep either). Only A/C socket in the room was not working, not perfected despite reminders. We stayed 2 nights but water bottles and towels never replenished. When we keep two traveling bags hardly any room to walk about. I have paid MR112 p.p. thru the net but personal callers were given at MR99.90 where I have been charged more! Usually when booked through the net we are supposed to get rates less than normal. If someone expects comfort, think twice before booking. More suitable for backpackers!

Small Rooms, No Fridge, No Windows.

Vla Garden rooms were very small contrary to as shown on the hotel website. Breakfast not up to the mark and satisfaction. Staff courteous and supportive. Cleanliness not up to the mark. Famous Bukit Bintan and Time Square are near to the hotel and Imbi monorail station is close. It's a good value for money hotel with nearby lively area.

Compactness of the room and everything look so.... sigh... sub par standard.

Excellently placed for shops, bars, local eateries and western style restaurants plus near a KL Hop on Hop off stop. Close to Pudu Sentral. Staff are friendly and will happily do things for you - carry bags, book tickets - however they will expect a small tip in return.

As like my home style. Reception staff are kind and friendly. Its just not good at the morning b4 wakeup, the hornes sound disturb me.

They ask you to sign on a paper stating that they wont be responsible for any loss even from the room. That made me very insecure. I was worried about my stuff.

Location is very good. Hotel staff is very friendly.

The room facilities is not good. Only bed and a small table and a cupboard provided, no enough space to put belongings. Should add at least one good chair inside.
